Daniel Araujo

Daniel Araujo is both a Canadian and Brazilian citizen, graduated in Mathematics and Music (Classical Guitar), with a post-graduate degree in Finance and Accounting.

 

Daniel started his professional career as a Math teacher in 1978. Since then, he has been involved - directly or indirectly - with the exciting challenge of helping people to understand and use Mathematics successfully.

 

Daniel has also accumulated broad experience working in business for top multinational companies, like GlaxoSmithKline, Eli Lilly, and Bunge. He has consistently exceeded objectives through his career and has held leadership positions as Director, Business Development Executive, Senior Marketing Manager, Group Product Manager, Project Leader and Consultant.

 

As an entrepreneur, Daniel developed (his own idea) and managed a pioneer Internet-based Continuing Education Medical Program, certified by a Brazilian national medical association and financed by eight leading pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, GSK, and Eli Lilly.

 

At the present, Daniel is focused on helping companies, government agencies, and other organizations developing projects and new partnerships between Brazil and Canada.

Pioneer e-Learning Program, certified by a Brazilian medical association and financed by eight leading pharmaceutical companies (GSK, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, etc.). The program utilized a state-of-art eLearning system, delivering more than 50 online courses to 4,000 psychiatrists.

 

Brazil-Canada Trade Opportunities (1994)

A published marketing study focusing on business opportunities between Brazil and Canada, initially requested by the Hon. Frances Lankin, former Minister of Economic Development and Trade for Ontario.
